How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Since every Eterna Customs piece is made-to-order, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because custom garments are tailored specifically to your design, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error in production. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering.
What materials do you use for your apparel?
We pride ourselves on quality. We use premium 100% organic cotton for our basics and high-grade sustainable blends for our outerwear to ensure both comfort and longevity.
How should I wash my Eterna Customs clothing?
To preserve the integrity of the custom prints and fabrics, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the customized areas.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I change my design after placing an order?
We offer a 24-hour window for any design modifications. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to make further changes to the artwork or garment specifications.
